Front Office:

Front Office executives help customers with store pickups and returns. They are responsible for assisting customers in checking equipment at pickup and for inspecting the equipment when it is returned. Front Office executives are technically trained in the operation and use of equipment as well as in troubleshooting. If you have a technical bent of mind or would like to get to know the technical side of camera gear, we would love to speak with you!

Bookings:

Bookings executives are responsible for helping customers place orders on the website as well as making changes to their orders. Bookings executives also play an active role in helping customers select the right gear for their shoot. They are trained in the functional aspect and applications of camera gear. If you have good communication skills and like to interact with people to solve their problems, you will fit right into this team!

Delivery:

Delivery executives are the stars of P&Z. They are responsible for coordinating home delivery and pickup requests and making them happen so that customers can avoid the inconvenience of stepping out of their homes or offices. Delivery executives need thorough knowledge of roads and traffic patterns, expertise in the use of maps and real-time updates for route planning as well as good physical fitness.
