The Canon EOS C70 is Canon's first RF-mount cine camera launched along with Canon's first focal length reducing mount adapter. The C70 has a Dual Gain Output Super 35 sensor and can shoot in Super 35 and Super 16 sensor modes. The body carries an RF mount but the rental package also includes the EF-EOS R mount adapter that allows adapting full-frame EF mount lenses to this body with an average 1 stop of gain in the aperture. The C70 features built-in ND filters, timecode input/output, Dual Pixel CMOS AF and face detection.
The C70 is a Netflix-approved camera.
